Study on Three Dimensional Flood Controlling and Countermeasures Supporting System Of Dongping

摘要:

东平湖三维防汛决策支持系统采用Arcgis Engine为二次开发工具，以Arcsde和Oracle为数据库管理工具。系统应用了地理信息系统技术、网络通讯技术、数据库技术、三维虚拟现实技术等多种现代技术，实现了信息查询、迁安救护、三维场景漫游、洪水模拟分析等功能。

Abstract:

Design and implementation of three dimensional flood controlling and countermeasures supporting system of Dongping lake is introduced in this paper. Arcgis Engine is adopted as tool to develope GIS system, while Arcsde and Oracle are used as managing tools of databases. Many advanced technologies are used in this system, such as GIS , net communication, DBMS and virtual reality, which will realize information inquiry, scene cruise and simulative analysis on flood.
