摘要:

农村居民点整理是一项复杂的系统工程，资源条件分析和效益分析又是农村居民点整理项目投资前期工作的中心环节，是项目决策的依据。该文在项目区农村居民点整理资源分析的基础上，对该项目实施后的效益进行了预见性的分析，是对农村居民点整理相关理论的一次尝试性运用，也为下一步开展和推广城市建设用地增加和农村建设用地减少挂钩工作打下良好的基础。

Abstract:

Residential area management is a complicated and systematic engineer. Resource condition analysis and effect evaluation are the key in investing residential area management work and the basis of item decision. On the basis of analyzing resources of residential area management in item area, effect and potentiality are analyzed, which provide good basis for increasing city construction-using land and reduce county construction-using land in the future.
