土地整理综合效益评价指标体系的构建

摘要:

近年来,我国土地整理事业发展迅速,土地整理的经济、社会效益、生态效益分析越来越得到重视,但对土地整理综合效益的分析评价相对较少。该文运用层次分析法从社会、经济、生态、景观4个方面对土地整理的综合效益进行分析评价,建立了相对完善的指标体系,并结合具体的土地整理项目进行分析论证,得出了符合实际的土地整理综合评价结果。

Abstract:

In recent years, accompanying with rapid land arrangements enterprise developement in our country, economic efficiency, social efficiency, and ecology benefit analysis of land management have been paid more attention. But relative evaluation analysis on comprehensive efficiency of land arrangement is very few.
