以济南市2005年土地市场动态监测分析为例,实际分析了土地供应总量、供应方式、供应结构、区域分布、收益状况以及地价等各种土地市场主要要素的现状,指出了其中存在的问题和变化趋势,探讨了城市土地市场动态监测分析的思路,明确了分析的技术路线、需分析的各个层面、选择的方式方法、需达到的结果等问题。

Abstract:

Take dynamic monitoring analysis of land market in Jinan city in 2005 as an example,land supplying amount,supplying style,supplying structure,regional distribution,profit condition and land price are analysed in this paper.Problems occurred in land market and its varying trend are pointed out,thoughts of land market dynamic monitoring is stuied,technical routes,analysing aspects,choosing methods and reaching results are determined as well.
