Primary Study on Urbanization Developement and Continuous Utilization of Land Resource

摘要:

城市化是社会发展的必然趋势,它对土地的利用产生巨大影响。当前我国城市化发展正处于快速发展阶段,必须转变观念,创新机制,转变传统经济增长方式,大力推进土地集约化利用,以实现城市化过程中土地资源的可持续利用。

Abstract:

Urbanization is the certain trend of social developement which will effect land utilization strongly.At present,urbanization is developing rapidly in China.In order to realize continuos utilization of land resource,ideas should be changed,mechanisms should be created,traditional economy developing style should be changed and land utilization mode should be concentrated.
