土地节约集约利用面临的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures Faced in Using Land Concentrately

摘要:

我国近几年虽然在土地资源开发、耕地保护、国土整治方面做了不少工作,但人地矛盾依然突出。耕地保护的严峻形势、房地产用地的结构性矛盾、工业用地的铺张浪费以及“经营城市”理念理解的偏差都在不同程度上阻碍了土地节约集约利用观念的推进。现今必须采取切实可行的方法节约集约利用土地,从多方面、多层次,系统地解决或缓解这个矛盾才能保证我国社会经济的可持续发展。

Abstract:

In our country,there is a contract between human and land.Serious condition of protecting land,framework contract of house-using land,waste in industry-using land and the deviation in understanding "running city" will hinder the promotion of using land concentrately.In order to guarantee continuous development of social economy,countermeasures should be carried out to solute the contract synthentically.
