摘要:

目前所建立的地籍管理信息系统,绝大部分是二维的、静态的。为了提高地籍管理的效率和准确性,必须借助先进的计算机、网络等先进技术,建立多维时态城镇地籍管理信息系统,实现地籍信息的采集、分析、处理的自动化、标准化。建立多维时态城镇地籍管理信息系统,将改变传统的地籍管理方法,对于规范地籍管理工作、科学开发土地资源和保证土地可持续利用具有重要的指导作用和广泛的推广应用价值。
