山东省矿产资源规划编制实施现状与建议

Present Condition and Suggestions on Making Mineral Resources Plan in Shandong Province

摘要:

矿产资源规划是国家规划体系的重要组成部分,是依法审批和监督矿产资源勘查、开发利用与保护的重要依据。山东省矿产资源规划编制实施以来取得了显著成效,同时也存在某些不足。根据山东省经济发展的需要,应当适时开展规划修编。通过修编改进规划内容,推进规划理论和方法创新,解决规划实施中出现的问题,与山东省“十一五”国民经济和社会发展规划相适应。

Abstract:

Mineral resource plan is an important part of country plan system.It is the basis for examing,approving and monitoring mineral resource exploraiton,utilization and protection.Evident efficacy have been gained afeter making mineral resource plan in Shandong province,but still have some shortcomings.According to the demand of economy developement,revisement should be carried out in suitable time.Through revisement,theory and method should be created,problems occurred in the period of carrying out plan should ...
