城市化过程中的耕地保护与利用

Protection and Utilization of Cultivated Land during the Period of Urbanization

摘要:

城市化对耕地保护的作用机制是通过城市的扩散与集聚效应体现的。城市外延扩展,不可避免地要占用一部分耕地;但城市化有利于提高土地的集约化程度,进而促进耕地保护。

Abstract:

Protection effect of urbanization to cultivated land is realized by expanding and clustering of city. City expanding will occupy some land, but ubanizaiton will promote land concentration degree. Thus, cultivated land will be protected.
