电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪在钡铍等多元素同时测定中的应用

Application of Inductive Coupling Plasma Emission Spectrograph in Determing Many Elements at the Same Time

摘要:

采用多种酸溶矿(HCl-HNO3-HClO4-HF),利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪,建立了适用于土壤、水系沉积物等样品中钡、铍等19种元素的同时测定方法。并用国家标准物质验证了方法的准确度和精密度,其相对误差均小于10%,样品12次测定的RSD为0.9%~5%。

Abstract:

By using many kinds acids to solute minerals,using inductive coupling plasma emission spectrograph,method for determing 19 kinds of elements,such as Ba and Be at the same time is established.Precision of this method is tested by national standard matters,and relative error is less than 10%,RSD value which is determined by 12 times is 0.9%~5%.
