济南市土地利用动态变化分析及可持续研究

Study on Dynamic Variation and Sustain of Land Utilization in Jinan City

摘要:

利用济南市遥感和非遥感信息资料,对1996—2003年济南市的土地利用变化进行了动态研究,求得土地利用动态变化的转换值矩阵,据此分析了近几年济南市土地利用结构的变化。结果表明:济南市耕地面积是在持续下降的,建设用地中的居民点及工矿用地扩张速度过快;而水域面积的增加反映出济南市在经济发展和生态建设双赢方面已经初见成效。在此基础上提出了确保济南市土地资源可持续利用的5条途径。

Abstract:

Dynamic variation of land utilization from 1996 to 2003 in Jinan city is studied by using remote sensing information and other information, and transform matrix of land dynamic variation is gained in this paper. On these basis, variation of land utilization in recent few years in Jinan city is analyzed. It is showed that land squares are reducing continuously, while outspread speed of residential areas and industrial land are too rapid.
