利用黄河泥沙资源进行堤沟河治理与人工造地的可行性分析

Practicability Analysis on Low Land Area Prevention and Soil-culture Artifically by Using Sand Resource of Yellow River

摘要:

由多种原因形成的山东省黄河滩区堤沟河,不仅成为黄河防洪的一大隐患,而且也是潜在的耕地资源。随着黄河来水条件的变化和社会经济形势的发展,利用丰富的黄河泥沙资源采取机械化施工方式对其进行淤填改造,不仅是必要的,而且也是可行的,是一项一举多得的有效措施。当前可以先行开展试点工作,待取得经验后,再逐步推广。

Abstract:

Low land area in Yellow delta area formed by multi-origin is not only hidden danger of Yellow river flood prevention, but also potential soil resource. Accompanying with variation of Yellow river water amount and social and economic situation, it is necessary and possible to transform Yellow river by using rich sand resource and mechine.
