济宁市城区土地定级估价工作探索

Study on Land Degree Evaluation in Jining District Area

摘要:

济宁市自1993年以来城区土地分等定级进行了3次,2004年在济宁市城区土地级别和基准地价更新中,对原有的分类和估价方法进行探索和创新。该探索不仅得到验收专家组的好评,而且符合济宁市城区地价水平,已被济宁市公布实施,具有很强的实用性。

Abstract:

Land classification and degree work in Jining city have been carried out 3 times in 1993. Classification and evaluation method is renewed in 2004. This renew method fits land price level in Jining district area, which have been carried out already.
