根据山东省沿黄地区水土资源开发利用现状,为确保水资源的可持续利用,建立水土资源信息自动化管理系统是实现水土资源管理科学化的需要,是时代的需要,是供水安全的需要。目前,已具备了建设该系统的条件。

Abstract:

According to present Exploration and utilization condition of water and soil resource along Huanghe river area in Shandong province,and in order to guarantee continuous utilization of water resource,it is necessary and possible to set up automatic managing system of water and soil resource.
