特尔菲法在土地利用总体规划评价中的应用

Division Study on Land Utilization in Coal-mining Depression Area

本文总结了土地利用总体规划评价中存在的问题,说明了评价的内涵及内容,提出了评价体系;运用特尔菲(Delphi)法,建立了土地利用总体规划综合评价模型和指标体系;评价方法的建立,有助于政府相关部门对规划评价的规范化和制度化。

Abstract:

From land continuous utilization in coal-mining depr es sion area, and according to natural and social characteristics of depression lan d utilization, division plan in coal-mining depression land is put forward in th is paper. Set Yanzhou coal mine as an example, division plan is carried out, and according to division characteristics, direction and plan of continuous utiliza tion of land are put forward, and some suggesitons are put forward as well.
