在地理数据库的基础上层叠加有线电视网络专题信息 ,利用地理信息数据库的丰富信息 ,配合有线电视网的专题信息数据 ,对整个有线电视网的信号传输、用户管理、网络维护以及线路的改造、网络的扩展进行有效的控制 ;改变现在粗放的管理模式 ,建立高效的数字有线电视网络管理系统。

Abstract:

On the basis of geographic database, piling special theme information of local television network, by using rich geographic database information, and coordinating with special theme information datas of local television, signs transportation, network protection, line reform and network widening are controlled effectively. Thus, present managing model is changed and effective digital television network managing system is set up.
