Determination of Micro-chrome in Drainage Sedimentary Samples by Using Acid-soluted Diphenylcarbazide

摘要:

采用王水分解样品 ,分光光度法测定水系沉积物样品中微量铬 ,方法简便 ,易操作 ,成本低。通过对比 ,测定结果的RE≤ 10 % ,RSD≤ 5 % (n =12 )与标准值吻合。

Abstract:

By using sulpho acid to dissociate samples, using spectrophotometric method to determine micro-chrome in drainage sedimentary is very easy and simple with low cost. Through contrast, the determination result is RE≤10%, RSD≤5%(n=12), which is confirmed with standard values.
