济南泉水的形成与地形、地层、地质构造和水文地质条件密切相关 ,自然因素和人为因素是影响泉水动态的主要原因。特别是不甚合理的开采布局和过量开采是造成泉水断流的主要原因。

Abstract:

Spring-forming in Jinan city has close relation with physical feature, strata, geological structure and hydrogeological condition. Natural and human elements are major origin which effected spring dynamics, especially unreasonable exploitation distribution and over-exploitation are major origins which caused spring cutoff.
