对矿产资源规划的重要性及其“龙头”地位进行了分析 ,为使编制的规划切合实际、有所创新、科学实用 ,提出以下建议 :(1 )调查研究 ,打好基础 ,使规划具有科学性 ;(2 )明确目标 ,注重依据 ,使规划具有可操作性 ;(3 )更新观念 ,立足发展 ,使规划具有前瞻性

Abstract:

Significance of mineral resources plan and its heading position were analysed in this paper. In order to make plan factual, scientific and creative, some suggestions were put forward as follows:① good basis from carring out survey and study to make plan scientific;② definited tasks and abundant basis to make the plan operative;③ renewed ideas and based on development to make the plan foresight.
