通过大力引导和培育矿业权市场 ,近年来山东省国土资源主管部门共受理、审批 1 1项探矿权转让项目。探矿权的依法转让不仅为地勘单位盘活了矿业权资产 ,营造了矿产资源勘查开发的市场环境 ;而且激活了“谁投资 ,谁受益”的经营机制 ,为地勘业多渠道筹措社会资金 ,实现可持续发展注入了活力

Abstract:

Through guiding and cultivating mining right, 11 projects of exploration rights transfer have been approved by Shandong department of land and resources. Transfer of exploration right property, cultivated the market of mineral resources exploration and development, but also created the mechanism of “who envest, who get profits”, which could injectes vitality for exploration units to collect funds from society and to realize their sustainable development.
