摘要:

为全面加强对土地资源、矿产资源等自然资源的规划、管理、保护与合理开发利用 ,做好山东省的国土资源管理工作 ,促进全省经济社会持续稳定、健康发展 ,必须认真贯彻党中央关于国土资源管理的基本国策。提出了全省国土资源系统应坚持的基本原则和要达到的主要目标 ,强调了应着力抓好的几项工作。
