济南保泉供水数据库的建成，为及时预报地下水动态及优化调整地下水开采方案提供了一个信息管理系统。文中介绍了该数据库的建库情况、开发功能模块及在保泉供水工作中的应用。

Abstract:

The establishment of data base for water supply and protection provide an information managing system for predicating underground water level variation timely and adjusting mining plan. The establishment, function program block exploration and the utilization of the data base are introduced in this paper.
