EARLY TERTIARY OSTRACODES FROM SOUTHWEST REGION OF SHANDONG

本文研究了山东西南地区早第三纪介形类化石。记述了12个属35个种,其中7个新种。可划分为四个介形类化石组合:(1)早、中古新世Cypridea—Candona hubeiensis组合;(2)早始新世Cypris henanensis—Eucypris wutuensis组合;(3)中、晚始新世Cyprinotus altilis—Austrocypris levis组合;(4)渐新世Xiyingia组合。

Abstract:

This paper deals with the fossils of ostracodes from the early Tertiary in the southwest region of Shandong. The collection contains 12 genera and 35 species, ineluding 7 new species. They can be grouped into 4 assemblages:1. Cypridea--Candona hubeiensis assemblage of Early--Middle Palaeocence.2. Cypris henanensis--Eucypris wutuensis assemblage of Early Eocene.3. Cyprinotus altilis--Austrocypris levis assemblage of Middle--Late Eocene.4. Xiyingia assemblage of oligocene.
