Abstract:

By the geological surveying in the Jiagezhuang area where the standard section of the Fenzishan Group was established, the authors proposed some new ideas:(1) The bottom of the Fenzishan Group is not the feldspathic quartzite (or "~bottom conglomerate" ) but should be a layer biotite schist which has the characteristics of fossil residuum and can be reccognized as a key horizon.(2) The Fenzishan Group is not of mon(?)linal features but has the overturned isoclinal structures in this area.(3) Due to the infl...
